The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched the heaviest and largest satellite ever into low Earth orbit. Gulf News reported this in a report on Wednesday (December 24).
The 'LVM-3M-6' rocket, built using the company's own technology, was successfully launched from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh, India. It carried the American Bluebird Block-II satellite weighing more than 6,000 kg. The largest commercial communication satellite sent on such a rocket was successfully placed in Earth's orbit.

The concerned people said that this artificial satellite will be used to provide 24-hour high-speed cellular broadband service around the world. Earlier, ISRO successfully launched two more OneWeb missions, including Chandrayaan-2 and Chandrayaan-3, using the LVM-3 rocket.
