According to this unofficial plan, Kiev will have to give up some territory in eastern Ukraine to Russia. The White House has not officially announced any plans to stop the war in Ukraine. On Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova also said that Moscow has not received any draft plan on Ukraine from Washington. If the United States does have such a plan, it must be sent to Russia diplomatically. The US embassy in Ukraine has said that US representatives will discuss with various officials of the country, including Zelensky, to stop the war. Meanwhile, Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on western Ukraine overnight on Wednesday. The attacks targeted high-rise buildings and energy facilities in the city of Ternopil. Ukraine's Interior Ministry said yesterday that at least 25 people, including three children, were killed in the attack. 73 people were injured.
