According to this unofficial plan, Kiev will have to give up some territory in eastern Ukraine to Russia. However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been denying any such concessions to stop the war from the beginning. 

The plan calls for reducing US military aid to Kiev and reducing the use of various types of weapons by Ukrainian forces. The White House has not officially announced any plans to stop the war in Ukraine. However, on Wednesday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio wrote on social media, “For a lasting peace, both Ukraine and Russia will have to make some difficult but necessary concessions. That is why we must continue to develop all possible plans to stop the war.” However, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that no such plan is being discussed with the United States.

On Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova also said that Moscow has not received any draft plan on Ukraine from Washington. The US embassy in Ukraine has said that US representatives will discuss with various officials of the country, including Zelensky, to stop the war. Meanwhile, Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on western Ukraine overnight on Wednesday. The attacks targeted high-rise buildings and energy facilities in the city of Ternopil. Ukraine's Interior Ministry said yesterday that at least 25 people, including three children, were killed in the attack. 73 people were injured.
